Hi Beehiiv readers! There are still few of you here and maybe this newsletter won’t grow much, but… everything in life seems to revolve around waiting. Daily consistent action is obviously essential, it reduces the waiting that separates us from our goals. But how much does waiting remain a crucial factor?

It seems I’ve chosen a career full of waiting: my bosses (agency owners) find me jobs (and I wait), the answer about how projects are going (and I wait), the fear of not making it to the end of the month because I won’t have enough work (more waiting). This is just an example, but waiting applies to almost everything in life.

Today I want to make a short newsletter, as I’d like to keep them on Beehiiv, but go check my pinned post on X and comment on how you handle the anxiety caused by waiting, if you feel like it, I’ll be waiting for you! :D

How do I handle it? I distract myself with hobbies, I have a magnificent dog that I take out often, I think I’ll live my whole life with various dogs. Then, I play on the PC, spend quality time with my love, an amazing girlfriend, I have few friends but even there I’m waiting to improve the situation.

But let’s admit it, psychological strength is the most important to handle waiting. How to help yourself? High self-esteem. Waiting for a job? Study for that job, it will make you feel better, more prepared. Read books, feed your mind with literature of any kind, it stays healthy, nourished, better. Finally, physical activity, no need to say more, I’m no fitness guru, but find someone and everyone will tell you the same: healthy mind in a healthy body.
